KOLADE AKINJO COMMISSIONS 1.2M ROAD IN MAHINTEDO.

The House of Representatives member from Ilaje/Ese-odo federal constituency, Ondo State, Hon. Kolade Victor Akinjo has commissioned the 1.2km township road at Mahintedo in Ilaje Local Government Area of Ondo State.

The news of the commissioning was disclosed in a statement released by the honourable member on his official Facebook page yesterday, where he stated that he facilitated the road project in fulfilment of his campaign promises through the intervention of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).

It is worthy to note that this new road project being the second by the honourable member in the region aftermath the completion of the road leading to his Itebu-kunmi hometown, will enhance the socio-economic development of the area.

He however acknowledged the people of Mahintedo for their unflinching support over the years and to further guard against anything that could destroy the roads’ life span especially burning of tyres and others on the road.

While addressing the people, Hon. Akinjo used the opportunity to solicit for votes for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the forthcoming general election and further added that his representation is not about playing politics with the development of Ilaje/Ese-odo federal constituency, declaring that he will continue to deliver on his mandate to the people.

In appreciation, the people of Mahintedo community, however, came out en mass to welcome the honourable member and other personalities that followed him to the event in dancing mood for such a rare magnanimity.
